Calderwood Annexe is a bright, self-contained guest suite designed for comfort, privacy and relaxation. Located at the rear of our home, it enjoys a quiet setting with open views across the surrounding countryside, making it a peaceful place to unwind after exploring Speyside.

The annexe features an open-plan living and sleeping space with a comfortable king-size bed and an additional sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests. A modern kitchenette is provided for light meals and refreshments, along with a private bathroom featuring a blissful monsoon shower.
